Just tried Generations Beef for the first time and it exceeded expectations! The beef was incredibly flavorful and tender, melting in your mouth with each bite. Grilling it on a kettle grill added the perfect touch of smoky flavor. Definitely worth a try if you haven't already!

I'd been thinking about trying to cook tomahawk for a while, but finally decided to give it a go for the Superbowl. I dry brined 24 hours before, smoked to a generous 120, and then reverse seared. It was amazing, I will definitely do it again.

I love that the picture I took was on the awesome Cutting Board from Generations...It looks like a magazine picture...and truly it tasted as good as it looks.
